Christopher Plummer, 1929-2021

The Glenn Gould Foundation is saddened to hear of the death of our friend Christopher Plummer. He certainly lived a full and ebullient life – and of course knew Glenn Gould in the 1960s, when Gould was co-artistic director of Stratford’s Music Festival.
When Christopher was starring in the Tempest at Stratford a number of years ago, he was kind enough to narrate a video for us about The Glenn Gould Prize. We share this today as a tribute to Christopher’s kindness and generosity:
